Do I need to book or can I walk in?
We work by appointment only. Book through Fresha to secure your time with your preferred stylist. This ensures we're fully prepared for your visit and you don't have to wait.
What's the difference between a haircut and a face reframe?
A haircut is a full cut — shape, length, layers, everything. A face reframe focuses on the front — fringe, face-framing layers, or a subtle adjustment around the parting. It's a smaller change with a big visual impact, and it's quicker and more affordable.
Should I book a haircut with flash finish or with style?
Flash finish is a quick dry — clean, polished, out the door. Style is the full blow dry experience — round brush, waves, straight, however you want to wear it. If you're heading somewhere and want the full effect, book with style. If you just need the cut done properly, flash finish is perfect.
Can I add colour to my haircut appointment?
Yes — but colour and cut are booked as separate services on Fresha. If you're planning both, book the colour first and add the cut after. For significant colour changes, we recommend a consultation before booking.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. We completely understand that life happens — this policy helps us offer those spots to clients on our waitlist.
