Can I add a treatment to my cut or colour?
Yes — any treatment can be added to any other service. Just let us know when booking or ask your stylist during your appointment. It's one of the most common add-ons we do.
What's the difference between Kérastase and Epres?
Kérastase is deep conditioning — it restores moisture, softness, and shine. Epres is bond repair — it rebuilds the internal structure of damaged hair. Think of Kérastase as nourishment and Epres as reconstruction. Your stylist can recommend the right one based on your hair's needs.
How often should I get a treatment?
Kérastase can be done every 4–6 weeks for maintenance. Epres is typically recommended before or after chemical services like colour or bleach, or as a standalone repair session every 6–8 weeks. Your stylist will advise based on your hair condition.
Is the massage a standalone service?
Yes. You can book a scalp massage on its own or combine it with a treatment in one of our packages. It includes a wash and takes 25 minutes.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. We completely understand that life happens — this policy helps us offer those spots to clients on our waitlist.
