Do I need a consultation before booking colour?
For routine roots or refresh — no, book directly on Fresha. For significant changes — going lighter, darker, or in a new direction — yes, start with a free consultation. We'll assess your hair's history, condition, and set realistic expectations. A patch test may be required.
What's the difference between roots and T-section?
T-section covers only the parting and hairline — the areas that show most. Roots covers the full regrowth from parting to nape. If you're between appointments and just need a quick refresh, T-section is faster and more affordable.
Can I add a haircut to my colour appointment?
Yes — book the colour first and add the cut as a separate service on Fresha. Your stylist will schedule both in the same visit. Colour is usually done first, then the cut.
How often should I book a roots appointment?
Most clients book every 4–6 weeks depending on how fast their hair grows and how visible the regrowth is. Your colourist can advise on the ideal schedule for your shade and hair type.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. We completely understand that life happens — this policy helps us offer those spots to clients on our waitlist.
