Do I need a consultation first?
Yes — bleaching requires careful assessment. We need to understand your hair's history, current condition, and how far you want to go. We'll plan the safest path to your desired result. A patch test may be required.
What's the difference between bleach and highlights?
Bleach lifts your entire natural base — all-over lightening to create a clean canvas. Highlights (balayage, foils, Airtouch) lift selected sections for dimension and contrast while keeping depth in between. If you want all-over blonde or a solid lifted base, that's bleach. If you want movement and blend, that's highlights.
What's CPR vs DDL?
CPR (Color Pigment Remover) is a vegan formula that removes up to three levels of artificial colour without lifting your natural base — gentle and effective. DDL is stronger, designed for stubborn vivid tones and direct dyes that CPR can't shift. Your colourist will recommend the right approach based on what's in your hair.
How often do I need root touch-ups?
Most bleach clients return every 4–6 weeks for root maintenance. If you go beyond 6 weeks, we use a different approach that takes more time and care. Your colourist will advise on the ideal schedule for your hair.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. We completely understand that life happens — this policy helps us offer those spots to clients on our waitlist.
