Welcome to HAIR ETC. STUDIO! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to HAIR ETC. STUDIO. HAIR ETC. STUDIO operates this salon and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, services, and appointment booking systems in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated salon experience (the "Services"). HAIR ETC. STUDIO is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, including booking salon appointments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Salon Privacy Notice and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, Salon Privacy Notice or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores, booking salon appointments, or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, phone number, email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
When you book an appointment with HAIR ETC. STUDIO, you are reserving dedicated time with one of our professional stylists. We require valid contact information and payment card details to secure your appointment. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees in accordance with these Terms. Our policy of confirming appointments and securing them with your card information ensures that your stylist's time is properly reserved for you. We will send you a confirmation via email and/or SMS once your appointment is successfully booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At HAIR ETC. STUDIO, our stylists' time is precious, and we often have clients eagerly waiting on our list for available spots.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% service charge of the originally scheduled service will be applied and charged to the payment method on file.
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur any charges.
• We completely understand that life happens, but this policy helps us manage our busy schedule and offer those spots to clients on our waitlist.

LATE ARRIVALS
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your stylist will assess whether there is sufficient time to complete your scheduled service.
• If we are unable to proceed with your service due to time constraints, a 50% cancellation charge of the originally scheduled service will apply.
• We may need to reschedule your appointment or modify your service to accommodate the available time.
• We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to ensure your appointment starts on time.

NO-SHOW POLICY
• If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without providing advance notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
• Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments or restrictions on booking privileges.

SALON-SPECIFIC CONDUCT
When visiting our salon or using our services, you agree to:
• Treat our staff, stylists, and other clients with respect and courtesy
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Provide accurate information about your hair history, allergies, and any relevant medical conditions
• Follow aftercare instructions provided by your stylist
• Refrain from disruptive behavior that may interfere with the salon environment or other clients' experiences
• Comply with all salon health and safety protocols

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an appointment if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other clients.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our salon services, retail products, and treatments in our online stores and promotional materials. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.

SERVICE RESULTS
Hair and beauty services are highly personalized and results may vary based on individual hair type, texture, condition, previous treatments, and other factors. We do not warrant that the results of any salon service will meet your expectations or be exactly as depicted in photographs or renderings. Your stylist will conduct a thorough consultation prior to any service to discuss realistic expectations and desired outcomes.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any retail products purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores.

All descriptions of products and services are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

When you place an order for retail products or book a salon service, you are making an offer to purchase. HAIR ETC. STUDIO reserves the right to accept or decline your order or booking for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until HAIR ETC. STUDIO confirms acceptance. For retail products, we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. For salon services, payment is processed at the time of service or as otherwise specified.

Please review your order or booking carefully before submitting, as HAIR ETC. STUDIO may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted, subject to our Cancellation Policy outlined in Section 2.

In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order or appointment, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order or booking was made.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed or the appointment is booked, and will be set out in your order confirmation email or appointment confirmation. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes or applicable fees.

SALON SERVICE PRICING
- All salon service prices are estimates based on standard service times and product usage.
- Final pricing may vary based on hair length, thickness, condition, and additional services required.
- Your stylist will discuss any price adjustments with you during your consultation before beginning the service.
- Additional charges may apply for services requiring extended time or additional product.

Prices posted in our online stores or booking system may be different from prices offered in-salon or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases and bookings made through our Services. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, phone number, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes and fees.

For retail product purchases, we are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by HAIR ETC. STUDIO, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by Cypriot, E.U., and international patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of HAIR ETC. STUDIO, Shopify or any third party. Unauthorized use of the Services may be a violation of intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by HAIR ETC. STUDIO.

HAIR ETC. STUDIO's names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of HAIR ETC. STUDIO or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of HAIR ETC. STUDIO. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties (including any embedded third party functionality). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites you choose to access. If you decide to leave the Services to access these materials or third party sites, you do so at your own risk.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access of any third-party websites, or your purchase or use of any products, services, resources, or content on any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products and services should be directed to the third-party.

HAIR ETC. STUDIO is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales, purchases, and appointments you make through our Services are made directly with HAIR ETC. STUDIO. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales or services between you and HAIR ETC. STUDIO, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products, salon services, or appointments. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases, bookings, and transactions with HAIR ETC. STUDIO.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) in our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. This includes the right to cancel future appointments or refuse service.

The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback and Reviews, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

The information presented on or through the Services is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to the Services, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

SALON SERVICES DISCLAIMER
Professional hair and beauty services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, hair damage, color variations, and other adverse outcomes. While our stylists are trained professionals who exercise reasonable care, individual results cannot be guaranteed. You acknowledge that:
- Hair condition varies between individuals and affects service outcomes
- Previous chemical treatments, medications, and other factors may impact results
- Patch tests are recommended for color services but do not guarantee the absence of allergic reactions
- You have disclosed all relevant information about your hair history and health conditions
- You assume the risk of any adverse reactions or unsatisfactory results

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY HAIR ETC. STUDIO, THE SERVICES, SALON TREATMENTS, AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless HAIR ETC. STUDIO, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, stylists, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, (3) your access to and use of the Services or salon services, or (4) any injury, damage, or adverse reaction resulting from salon services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus. You and HAIR ETC. STUDIO consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
