How long does a Style appointment take?
A Flash Style takes around 20 minutes. A full Style service takes 30–45 minutes. Hair Up typically takes 45 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on complexity.
What's included in a Style service?
All styling services include a wash. You choose the finishing technique — blow dry, round brush, straight, wavy, or curly — and your stylist delivers the look.
What's the difference between Flash Style and Style?
Flash Style is a quicker, simplified finish — perfect when you're short on time. The full Style service gives your stylist more time for precision and detail, including more complex techniques.
Do I need a consultation for Hair Up?
Not required, but recommended for weddings, events, or complex styles. Bring reference photos so your stylist can plan the look and give you an accurate time estimate.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. We completely understand that life happens — this policy helps us offer those spots to clients on our waitlist.
